IN-STORE GIVEAWAY: TRIP FOR 2 TO BALI

1. Promoter:
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Base Nutrition, ABN 52 678 900 733


2. Eligibility:
2.1 The Base Nutrition Opening - Bali Holiday Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all customers who make a purchase in store (1/141 Russell Street, Morley WA 6062) on our first day of trading (Saturday 24 May 2025, 0:800 – 17:00 AWST)
2.2 You must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.3 You must have a valid passport at the time of entry. A valid passport means that you have at least 6 months validity on your passport at the time of flying (1-30 November 2025).

2.4 The winner muse be available to travel during the month of November 2025 (Friday to Monday).

3. Giveaway Period:
3.1 The Giveaway begins on Saturday 24 May 2025, at 08:00 AWST and ends on Saturday 24 May 2025, at 17:00 AWST.

4. How to Enter:
4.1 To enter, customers must make a purchase to the value of $100 or more (after sale discounts are applied) in store (1/141 Russell Street, Morley WA 6062) during the Giveaway Period listed in clause 3 of these terms and conditions.
4.2 Each purchase made to the value of $100 or more during the Giveaway Period will automatically earn one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
4.3 Your entry will not be eligible if your Purchase during the Giveaway Period is refunded at any time.

5. Prize Details:
5.1 The prize for the Giveaway is a Bali Holiday, which includes three (3) nights accommodation in Bali and return flights from Perth to Bali for 2 persons only.
5.2 The winner may select the dates for their holiday from the options provided by Base Nutrition. The selected dates must fall within the travel period specified by Base Nutrition.
5.3 The winner must decide on the dates they would like to travel within 90 days of being notified as the winner. If Base Nutrition is not notified of the winner’s preferred travel dates within 90 days of being selected as the winner Base Nutrition has the right to declare the prize as expired.
5.4 The specific accommodation in Bali will be chosen and provided by Base Nutrition after the dates have been agreed upon.
5.5 Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
5.6 All additional expenses, including but not limited to travel insurance, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5.7 The winner may also have an option of a cash prize of $1500 instead of the Bali holiday

6. Winner Selection:
6.1 The winner of the Giveaway will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2 The winner will be notified via email and phone within 7 days following the end of the Promotion Period. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Privacy:
7.1 By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and announcing the winner.
7.2 For more details on how personal information is collected, used, and shared, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7.3 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers, and, as required, to Australian Regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

8.1 Base Nutrition reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Giveaway at any time.
8.2 By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Base Nutrition.
8.3 Base Nutrition is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or computer system or server failures.
8.4 The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
8.5 Noting in these Terms and Conditions limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury / illness; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

At Base Nutrition, we’re committed to delivering your order swiftly, safely, and reliably anywhere in Australia.

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing may be delayed during promotional periods or high-demand launches. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

GRAND OPENING SALE EVENT (23 May - 25 May 2025)
We're a small team and endeavour to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, however due to increased volumes please allow between 5-7 business days for orders to be dispatched during our Grand Opening Sale Event.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We're excited to offer Express Shipping as standard with free shipping unlocked after $100 spend. Shipping costs may vary depending on your selected shipping location. Delivery timeframes commence after dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Terms

  • All orders are shipped from our WA warehouse.

  • Deliveries may be made with or without a signature.

  • If no one is available to accept delivery, your parcel may be left in a safe location or redirected to a local collection point.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your tracking link for updates.

  • Contact the carrier using the provided tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier. However, we will always assist in resolving any issues where possible.

7. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it through replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Base Nutrition, we stand by the quality of our products. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our Refund & Return Policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the product fails to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced.

2. Change of Mind

Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind on supplements, nutrition, or consumable products.

Please ensure you select carefully before purchasing. In order to support this process, we offer complimentary consultations for online customers who aren't able to speak with a team member locally.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll assess the issue and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on the circumstances

We may request the return of the product before proceeding. If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions and cover any shipping costs.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (when approved):

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase

  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Returns outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty product)

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@basenutrition.co.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements or consumables

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional/bonus items

  • Clearance sale items marked as “final sale”

8. Return Shipping

If a return is approved and not due to an error on our end:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to us
