Once your account is created, you will be able to access, view and modify all of your previous purchases, rewards status, point accumulation and account details directly through our website.
WHY IS MY EMAIL AND MOBILE REQUIRED?

Your Base Active Rewards account is linked to your valid personal details to ensure the safety of your rewards points, status and any vouchers you hold. In addition we'll require these details to communicate with you electronically so you don't miss the next big sale event!

HOW DO I ACCESS AND MODIFY MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

Accessing and modifying your account is simple!

Simply Log In to your account and head to the Account Details section to modify your details or preferences.

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS POINTS?

Our Rewards program offers the ability to earn points in several unique ways, such as:

Earning Standard Points
- Purchase a Product: Earn 1 point per $1 spent

There is no limit to earning points via product purchases. On occasion we may host Rewards Points multipliers where on either a select range, or our entire catalogue, you can earn additional rewards points per $ spent.

Earning Bonus Points
- Register an Account: 50 rewards points
- Connect with our Social Accounts: Up to 100 rewards points
- Refer a Friend: 50 rewards points
- Level up your Rewards Status: Up to 150 rewards points
- Achieve a Milestone Purchase: Up to 150 rewards points

There are limits to how many bonus points can be accrued. These are outlined and available to view in our Rewards Program Policy.

HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS POINTS?

Your rewards points can be used in several ways, such as:

Product Discounts: Unlock discounts on your entire cart with your rewards points!
Shipping Vouchers: Unlock standard or express shipping vouchers with your rewards points!

If you're shopping online, you will be prompted at the payment screen to allocate rewards points toward your purchase, either via a cart discount or shipping voucher.

If you're shopping in-store, a friendly team member of ours will prompt you to use any accrued rewards points toward your purchase, via a cart discount.

HOW DO I LEVEL UP MY REWARDS STATUS?

You can level up your Rewards Status by achieving the required Rewards points to unlock the next tier. Below is the required rewards points to achieve each Rewards Status:

Blue: 0 points
Bronze: 300 points
Silver: 800 points
Gold: 1500 points
Platinum: This is an exclusive Status tier, released during special events such as the Base Nutrition launch weekend.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

If you would like to exit from the Base Rewards program, all you need to do is submit an enquiry form through our Contact Us page.

It's important to highlight that once your account is cancelled, it's gone forever, including any Rewards Points or Status tier you have accrued in that time.

After your cancellation request has been processed, you will have a 21-day cooling off period where if you change your mind, your account will be restored in full.
