Herbs of Gold St Mary’s Thistle 35,000 contains a standardised extract of St Mary’s Thistle (Silybum marianum), traditionally used in Western herbal medicine (WHM) to support liver health, maintain healthy liver function, and protect the liver. Each tablet provides a therapeutic dose delivering 400 mg of Silybin, the active compound thought to be responsible for the herb’s hepatoprotective effects.

St Mary’s Thistle is also traditionally used in WHM to relieve symptoms of dyspepsia, including indigestion, bloating, and loss of appetite, and offers antioxidant protection to help reduce free radical damage.
